Happiness comes from a balanced life. I work with my clients to find a happy, healthy lifestyle that balances exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, rest and celebrations. When we create balance, our healthy choices become just a part of our daily life, not a punishment or chore.
Being strong looks different on everybody. We work together to build up your strength first physically, but also mentally. The mind-body connection is so important. Together we train with consistency, proper form & positive attitudes in a space that is judgement free, except for your effort.
Our paths in life are often curvy & bumpy and this fitness journey has definitely been that. I started as a reluctant new member of the local gym, soon became a daily face in the club learning from some wonderful teachers that inspired me to become a spin instructor, class instructor and then a personal trainer. I loved my job & was at the top of my game when the pandemic hit and closed the gym. But we learned to work out remotely, socially distanced in parks & parking lots and learned to find a new normal in the fitness world. I am grateful to still work with many of my pre-Covid clients and through the magic of zoom, I have clients in 7 different states that I train virtually. Now seems the right time to shift again and grow in my own space, offering a warm, positive environment for my clients to train and to expand our fitness community. I hope to travel on your path for awhile, providing support, guidance and challenging workouts that remind you of how strong you are & encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
